Best Season for Tibet Tours
We operate tours to Tibet all the year round. However, the best time to visit Tibet is from May to September.
Climate
Climate in Tibet sharply varies from south to north and east to far west. The southern part is warmer and rainy. The eastern part is greener & humid and mid, eastern & far eastern parts are dryer and poor in vegetation. The months from June to August are taken as warm months and the coldest months are from December to February causing snowfalls in some high passes. However, high passes en route from Zhangmu (border town) to Lhasa get very rarely snow on the road.
